ABOUT ME
MY STORYThe story of SV Designs began with a box of crayons and a dream that caught the eyes of an entire state. At just six years old, after winning a statewide Martin Luther King Jr. art contest across all Wisconsin public schools, I realized that art wasn’t just a childhood pastime—it was a calling. Though life’s inevitable detours led me through various career paths after high school, the pull of the canvas remained constant; I soon discovered that a day without creating felt incomplete, while a day spent in the studio never felt like work. This realization prompted a definitive pivot back to my roots, launching a multidisciplinary studio where the precision of fine art meets the utility of modern commerce.
Today, SV Designs serves as a bridge between the meticulous worlds of concept design, editorial illustration, and the rhythmic magic of surface and repeat pattern design. There is a unique alchemy in seeing a hand-drawn motif repeat infinitely across fabric or wrap thoughtfully around a product.
My work specializes in:
Surface and Repeat Patterns, Package Design, and multidisciplinary art.
At SV Designs, I don’t simply "produce" work; I honor the same passion that fueled my first-grade spark. Every pattern and package is a commitment to high-end craftsmanship and authentic soul, ensuring that when you love the craft this much, the quality speaks for itself.
